Pay it forward to help out a Master's Degree candidate?

I am getting my Master's in HCI from DePaul. Does your company have a documented UCD process and take a serious approach to UCD? Is there someone there that would allow me to interview them? Specifically a person who works intimately with the UCD process in the company?
