ChiPMA, The Chicago Area Product Management Association, is all about helping Product managers and related fields to get better at designing, building and launching digital products and services. Modeled after the Silicon Valley Product Managers Association (SVPMA, www.svpma.org), ChiPMA's meetings expose members to current trends in innovation, product strategy, product marketing, development approaches and the latest tools and technologies.

Creating and communicating ideas quickly is essential to being innovative, attracting investors and getting to market. This talk will present six visual techniques that you can use or mission your team to use to speed up key aspects of idea creation and communication that are needed in the design of virtually any product. Everyone attending will be given a set of visual templates to help apply the techniques.

About the Presenter:
Robert Moll holds the title of Lead User Experience Designer for Pathfinder Development, a digital product development firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. Before joining Pathfinder, he served as Product Manager for a financial startup where he helped design and launch a trading business from scratch. His interests include digital product design, product marketing and creative and critical thinking techniques that can help teams collaborate on complex projects.
