Join Critical Mass for a brief presentation and discussion on how planners inspire greatness. Uncovering consumer needs and translating these needs into extraordinary experiences is what Critical Mass is all about. No matter the product, purchase process, brand, or industry, we must first understand our users. This is where planning comes in. So, how can an IA use a planner? When should planners and IA’s collaborate? How can you channel your inner planner? Critical Mass will discuss these questions, as well as showcase studies on how we have leveraged planning knowledge to create extraordinary experiences.
Attendance is capped at 75 due to space limitations. Please update your rsvp by Tuesday the 20th so we can make sure to let as many people participate as possible.
