People often make irrational decisions. Over the past few decades, researchers have codified many of the patterns that describe this irrational behavior. Our team of recent Institute of Design (IIT) graduates has created a set of tools to bring this knowledge into our practice as designers. This hands-on workshop will introduce topics from behavioral economics and apply strategies from the *Brains,Behavior & Design* toolkit to influence consumer decision making.
Space will be limited to 50 people to enable group work, so please rsvp as soon as you can.
